We're a small team focused on one question: what do AI assistants tell people about local businesses, and can that be measured honestly?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, Perplexity and Gemini to recommend a lawyer, a plumber or an HVAC company. We help local businesses understand what those assistants say about them, and improve the information the assistants rely on.

AI agents do much of our research, measurement and drafting. We say so openly because it's how the work gets done efficiently, and because a company that measures AI should be clear about how it uses AI. Every deliverable is checked against our published standards before it reaches you.

Our principles

• Honest measurement. We report how often you're mentioned, with a margin of error, never a fake "#1 ranking." When results haven't moved, we say so.
• Evidence for every claim. Every number links to the original AI answer. Our method is public.
• No fake reviews, ever. We don't buy, write, incentivize or filter reviews.
• No fabrication. We don't invent credentials, clients, testimonials or statistics, for you or for ourselves. We're new, so you won't see a client logo wall here. You'll see our method and our research instead.
• No impersonation. We never pose as your customers, as you, or as any platform.
• Your work belongs to you. Content, profile updates and data are yours, and you keep them if you leave.
• You approve before anything is published. Nothing goes live on your site or profiles without your sign-off.

What we don't do

• Guarantee rankings, mentions, calls or revenue
• Buy, write, incentivize or filter reviews
• Create fake profiles, fake citations or spam content
• Claim special access to any AI company. We don't have any, and no one else does either
• Lock you into long contracts
• Ask for confidential client information
